These Terms cover your use of the Royalvillaisland website and any service, booking or experience reserved through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you represent that this is the case. We may request photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Royalvillaisland or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms fall under the law of International. Disputes sit under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
